full-priced items policy
Regular priced items are eligible for an exchange within fourteen business days. Items must be un-worn/un-washed with the original packaging and hangtags attached. A copy of your receipt or proof of purchase must also be included with the exchange. If for some reason your purchase did not have any tags attached, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org
Please note, www.kaadiki.com only accepts exchanges. Should you wish to exchange a product, simply return the product back to us, prepaid shipping, upon receiving the merchandise in original condition we will exchange you item for the new size or style that you are looking for. *please refer to the exchange process outlined below.
www.kaadiki.com unfortunately does not accept returns from outside Canada or US. All International orders are final sale.

Sale items are final sale and not eligible for a return or exchange. All items purchased with a promotional code are also a final sale and not eligible for an exchange.
process for Exchanges
In order to exchange merchandise, kindly email us at email@example.com, specifying the order number and the item(s) that you wish to exchange. We will authorize the exchange via email.
Once you have received the authorization email you may send your exchange to us.
Once your exchange has been received by our distribution center in Calgary, a confirmation email will be sent to you indicating that we have received the exchange article, and the new item(s) will be shipped within a few business days. An email will be sent to you with the new shipping date.
The customer bears the shipping and customs fees associated with the shipment for returning the merchandise to us, during the exchange; we will then send the new merchandise back to you free of charge. We cannot be held liable for unregistered packages that are lost or damaged during exchange.
